Gazpacho Soup for the Summer!

So, what's on the menu for dinner tonight?

How about THIS wonderful Gazpacho Soup!

Your family will love it for it’s delicious flavor and you will love it for the nutrients this recipe is PACKED with! This recipe is perfect for when it's too hot for a yummy soup, but you still have the craving! I know whenever summer rolls around, I get excited to make this dish!

You can follow this recipe: it makes 8 servings and is super easy and QUICK to follow!

All you’ll need:

12 ripe tomatoes 🍅 , chunks

1 large cucumber 🥒 , peeled

2 Yellow Peppers 🌶

4 Garlic Cloves, smashed

2 Cups of Water💧

⅔ Cup of Evoo

¼ cup sherry vinegar

The steps are simple!

Simply… puree in blender, chill, and serve!
